Kohei Azano and Sumihei's "Tokyo Ravens" will end in the 18th light novel volume.

Light novel author Kohei Azano announced in the 17th volume of "Tokyo Ravens" that the series ends in the 18th light novel volume, to be released in the winter of 2026.

The story centers on Harutora Tsuchimikado, a young boy born into a prestigious onmyoji family. However, he lacks spiritual power, meaning he cannot perform magic, and resigns himself to being a normal person.

He meets Natsume Tsuchimikado, Harutora's childhood friend and a prodigious onmyoji who became the next heir of the Tsuchimikado family.

Due to a series of events, Harutora is forced to take on the role of her familiar and enroll in an onmyoji school in Tokyo, where he becomes involved in the dangerous world of magic, spirits, and ancient conspiracies.

The light novel series was published in Fujimi Shobo's Fujimi Fantasia Bunko, which Azano wrote and Sumihei illustrated in May 2010, and was released in 17 light novel volumes.

It was adapted into a manga series drawn by Atsushi Suzumi in Kadokawa Shoten's Shonen Ace magazine from April 2010 to July 2017, and released in 15 manga volumes.

It was adapted into a 24-episode anime series that aired in October 2013.
