Lisa releases her new best-of album, "Lisa Best - Loud", on Wednesday, December 2nd.


The official website of Japanese anisong singer Lisa announced that she'll release her new best-of album, "Lisa Best - Loud", on Wednesday, December 2nd.

"Lisa Best - Loud" is the first best-of album since the release of the previous two albums, "Lisa Best - Day" and "Lisa Best - Way" in May 2018. The two-CD set features 17 tracks, featuring 17 tracks from tie-in songs, such as the theme song of the "Demon Slayer" anime franchise, including "Gurenge", "Adamas", "Crossing Field", "Rising Hope", "Shouted Serenade", and "Play the World featuring Pablo". The other 17 tracks feature popular songs from live performances such as "Escape Game", "Orange Cider", "Psychedelic Drive", "Howl", and "Today".

According to Lisa's official X page, she gave the album its title: Lisa's soul, which has kept running frantically while confronting challenges and fighting. 34 tracks in total. Extras include a live BD and DVD of the "Lisa 15th Anniversary: Live is Smile Always" concert, a pouch, a 32-page photobook, a T-shirt, and an acrylic keychain.

Lisa is known for her powerful anime theme songs and is considered one of the most successful anime singers of her generation. She made her solo debut in 2010 and has released multiple successful albums and singles, even outside anime tie-ins.
