JO1 posted an OP MV for the fourth season of Ken Wakui’s “Tokyo Revengers”.

The official YouTube channel of JO1 posted a full MV for "Ignite", and the song serves as the OP theme song for the fourth season of Ken Wakui's "Tokyo Revengers", which has been released. The song is included on the group's 11th single album "AAO" to be released on Wednesday, November 18th.

The song is powerful about perseverance, overcoming despair, refusing to surrender, and finding the courage to change your future. It carries a message that even when life becomes difficult, your inner flame the hope, determination, and passion within you should never go out.

The title of the song means to set something on fire or cause it to burn. It represents the determination and fighting spirit inside someone who refuses to give up. The group consists of Takumi Kawanishi, Ren Kawashiri, Syoya Kimata, Sukai Kinjo, Junki Kono, Issei Mamehara, Keigo Sato, Ruki Shiroiwa, and Sho Yonashiro.

The message of the song is that no matter how dark the world becomes, you can still carry a flame of hope within yourself. Life isn't always about winning every battle. Sometimes, it's about finding the courage to stand up again after losing, learning from your mistakes, and continuing toward the future you want to create.

Your struggles may test your determination, but they don't have to extinguish your passion. Keep your fire alive. Challenge yourself. Rise again. And never stop moving forward.

The fourth season of the anime series follows Takemichi Hanagaki as he confronts a grim future where Manjiro Sano has completely succumbed to a dark impulse and leads the ruthless criminal organization Bonten.

With the Tokyo Manji Gang long disbanded, Tokyo plunges into a massive power vacuum, and battles three factions: the Kanto Manji Gang, Brahman, and Rokuhara Tandai. Takemichi finds himself caught in a brutal conflict of ideologies as he must navigate shifting alliances and high-stakes betrayals to change fate.

The original series centers on Takemichi Hanagaki, a freeter who has no friends and is full of regrets. One day, he learns that his girlfriend Hinata Tachibana has been killed by the violent Tokyo Manji Gang.

After Hinata's passing, Takemichi was pushed onto the train tracks, and right before dying, he was sent back in time as a middle school student. Takemichi has a chance to change the future: save Hinata, prevent the formation of the corrupted Toman, and become a strong person who protects the people he cares about.

The fourth season of the anime series will be streamed on Disney+ as part of the fall 2026 anime season, every Friday.
