Usonan and Wookjakga's "A Returner's Magic Should Be Special" season 2 gets an English dub.

Crunchyroll announces the English dub cast of the second season of Usonan and Wookjakga's "A Returner's Magic Should Be Special", as part of the fall 2026 anime season, which streams in both Japanese and English dubs on Thursday.

The cast from the first season of the anime series that aired in October 2023 is reprising their roles for the second season, including Austin Tindle as Desir Herrman, as he returns to the past after failing to clear the Shadow World.

He is one of the last survivors of the Shadow Labyrinth that defeated the boss Boromir Napolitan, but he passed after Napolitan's dying heart exploded and destroyed the world. Having retained his memories of the previous timeline, he uses that knowledge to avoid a repeat of the future he experienced.

Jeremy Inman is returning to direct for the second season, with Michael Stimac as an assistant director, and Samantha Herek is also returning to produce for the new season. Together with Jarrod Greene is an adaptation supervisor, Chris Cason is an adaptation, Michael Nicholson is an adaptation preparation, Tara A. Williams and Brittni Hurley are talent coordinators, Gino Palencia and Brandon Peters are engineer managers, Neal Malley is an ADR mixer, Seth Aulds is an ADR engineer, with Darius Blackman as an assistant engineer, and Justin Cook, Michael Harcourt, and Nathanael Harrison are studio producers.

The anime series is available worldwide, excluding Japan, China, Korea, and Mongolia.
