Pac’s cause of death has been revealed after he passed in September 2026.

Entertainment news website TMZ revealed the cause of death for Benjamin Satterley, known as Pac and Neville, on Friday.

The cause of death for Pac was bronchial asthma. Bronchial asthma is a long-term chronic inflammatory disease of the airways that causes swelling, excess mucus production, and intermittent narrowing of the bronchial tubes.

According to the Medical Examiner's Office in Cook County, Illinois, the cause of death of the British wrestler was determined following an investigation and officially ruled his death natural. 

In September 2026, the official Facebook page of AEW, or All Elite Wrestling, announced that he passed away on Sunday, September 27th, after competing against Andrade El Idolo at the All Out event in Chicago, Illinois. 

Pac, whose real name is Benjamin Satterley, was born in Newcastle, or Newcastle upon Tyne, England, on August 22nd, 1986. He began his wrestling career in his native Northeast England and established himself throughout the country with wrestling promotions. He performed overseas with wrestling organizations such as Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, Ring of Honor, Chikara, Dragongate, WWE, and AEW. 

Pac leaves a lasting legacy as a revolutionary high-flyer, a pioneer for British wrestlers on the global stage, and a decorated champion across wrestling organizations. He redefined what fans could expect from an aerial wrestler and mixed heavy strikes, technical mat skills, and jaw-dropping flight into one intense package.
