Qualiarts, CyberAgent, Straight Edge, and Music Ray'n's "Idoly Pride" mobile app ends its service in March 2027.

The official website of Qualiarts, CyberAgent, Straight Edge, and Music Ray'n's "Idoly Pride" announced that the mobile app will end its service on Monday, March 1st, 2027, and will transition to an offline version, which will be announced. Sales of Blue Diamonds ended on Friday. Neowiz announced that the global version ended in April 2026.

"Idoly Pride" mobile app is a mobile idol-management RPG based on the multimedia and anime project released in June 2021. In the app, players can take on the role of Kohei Makino, a talent manager who worked at Hoshimi Production, as they train and guide rookie and established idols through lessons, schedules, and promotional work.

The gameplay features tactical live performances where gameplay focuses on pre-show strategy, stat optimization, center idol selection, and skill timing, based on dance, visual, and vocal attribute types. Idol management and training, where players can level up and cultivate idols using Lesson Pieces, stat-boosting accessories, equipment, and a level-sync system. An automated work system where idols can be sent out to promote activities that generate passive fans and currency over time.

The story takes place at Hoshimi Productions, a small entertainment company in Hoshimi City. Rising star idol Mana Nagase attempts to compete in the Venus Grand Prix. But she died in a tragic traffic accident right before competing in the Grand Prix.

After the passing of Nagase, Hoshimi holds a new round of auditions. They recruit Kotono Nagase, a second-year female high school student who is the younger sister of Mana Nagase and the leader of Tsuki no Tempest, and Sakura Kawasaki, a cheerful leader of Sunny Peace.

Together with eight other aspiring performers, they train to conquer the AI-judged Venus program as they must face off against rival groups while carrying the emotional weight and legacy of Mana's memory.

The multimedia project was created by producer and screenwriter of QualiArts, Yoshiki Minazumi; producer of Straight Edge, Kaoru Adachi; and original concept and story, Jukki Hanada. It began as a manga series, including "Stage of Asterism", drawn by Hiroki Haruse in Kadokawa Shoten's Comic Newtype magazine from June 2020 to November 2021, released in 3 manga volumes, and "Beginning of Lodestar", drawn by Yuriko Asami in Kadokawa Shoten's ComicWalker and Nico Nico Seiga from October 2020 to June 2021, released in 2 manga volumes.

It was adapted into a 12-episode anime series that aired in January 2021, and a mobile app published and developed by QualiArts, released in Japan in June 2021 and published by Neowiz globally, including Korea in June 2023, before the mobile app ended in April 2026.
