Shiten Akiyama’s “Horizon” manga resumes.

The official X page of Shonengahosha's Young King Bull magazine announced that Shiten Akiyama's "Horizon" will resume in the 22nd issue of 2026 on Monday.

The story centers on Mieko Fujiwara, a burnt-out office worker nearing the end of her twenties. After observing a group of carefree teens and longing for the life she used to have, Mieko drunkenly puts on her old school uniform and heads to the park, hoping to recapture even just the tiniest bit of who she used to be. Once there, she has a chance encounter with an impossibly handsome young man that will change her life forever.

The manga series was published in Shonengahosha's Young King Bull magazine in June 2025, released a single volume. Kodama Tales licensed the series and released it in English, with the first manga volume scheduled for its January 2027 release.
