Shookoboo is heading to Cosplay Matsuri in the Philippines in December 2026.

Cosplay.ph announced at the Cosmeet event in Okada Manila, Parañaque, Philippines, that Shookoboo will attend Cosplay Matsuri from December 28th to 30th at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Pasay, Philippines.

Shookoboo, also known as Shoko, is a popular digital creator and cosplayer from Singapore, known for his short-form videos, cosplay transformations, comedy skits, and voice re-enactments on TikTok and YouTube. He is widely recognized across social media for his transformative makeup skills, comedic short-form cosplay content, and high-energy voice reenactment videos.

Shookoboo's dynamic cosplay transitions, comedic skits, and lip-sync videos quickly went viral, earning him a global fanbase. His content focuses heavily on bringing diverse animated, gaming, and pop-culture characters to life with intricate SFX makeup and detailed styling. As his reach expanded, he transitioned into an international guest cosplayer and frequently travels to major regional and international conventions.

Cosplay Matsuri, or CosMatsu, is an annual anime and cosplay festival that marks the festive end-of-year activities for the local pop-culture and cosplay community. It serves as the grand holiday finale to the local convention calendar.

It also added that Cosplay Camp is returning to Festival Mall, Filinvest City, Alabang, for Multiverses Beyond to be held on the third floor, east wing of Festival Mall, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa, from November 13th to 15th.

Cosplay Camp is a series of free, casual, and community-centric pop culture and anime gatherings. It was designed as a more relaxed alternative to massive conventions; it provides a welcoming space for hobbyists, fans, and cosplayers to meet, show off costumes, and celebrate fandom.

The last Cosplay Camp event was held at the Festival Mall in Alabang, Muntinlupa, in February 2026, May 2026, and August 2026.

The official website of I*Ris announced that the group will disband in December 2027, which marks the 15th anniversary of the voice actress unit.
