Kaede Nishikigi and Shuri's "Reincarnation in the Game World Dan-Katsu" announce theme songs that air in January 2027.

The official website of Kaede Nishikigi and Shuri's "Reincarnation in the Game World Dan-Katsu" announces the theme songs for the anime series, which airs in January 2027.

MindaRyn is performing the OP theme song, "Play the Play", and Linkl Planet, consisting of Mei Arai, Nana Miyazaki, Remi Amakawa, Yuka Ishida, Sana Sato, Yukina Omoto, Karin Suzuki, Miki Takayanagi, and Ruka Higashionna, perform the ED theme song, "My Life Story".

The story centers on Zephyrus, a hardcore gamer who dies of shock after losing 8,000 hours of save data and wakes up inside his favorite role-playing game, "Dan-Katsu". He is reincarnated as the game's protagonist who uses his massive encyclopedic knowledge of hidden mechanics, rare loot, and optimal leveling paths to start a new game.

While he expects to breeze through using his walkthrough knowledge, he eventually encounters unpredictable events and undiscovered content, proving the real-world game still holds genuine surprises.
