Claris posted an OP MV for SMDE and Kazuhiro Takamura's "Vertex Force".

The official YouTube channel of Claris posted a full MV for "Synchro Blue", and the song serves as the OP theme song for SMDE and Kazuhiro Takamura's "Vertex Force", which has been released. The group's CD single will be released on Wednesday, November 11th.

The song is about how people can become stronger when their feelings, determination, and courage come together. It expresses the idea that even when the future is uncertain or the journey becomes painful, having someone who believes in you can give you the strength to keep moving forward.

The group described the song as expressing the characters' determination to move forward, with their individual feelings and courage coming together like a force that propels them toward the blue sky. The group consists of Clara, Elly, and Anna.

The song combines two powerful ideas. It suggests synchronization: different people bringing their feelings, goals, and actions into harmony, and evokes the vast sky, freedom, hope, and the possibility of reaching something greater. Together, the title can symbolize the moment when people overcome their differences and move forward as one.

The song is about turning fear into courage, connection into strength, and hope into forward movement. Its deepest message is that the past may be unchangeable, but the future remains something you can actively shape. When people synchronize their determination and support one another, they can find the courage to reach beyond their perceived limits.

The story centers on Haruka Todo, an athletic, cheerful older sister who inherited the alien Engine power and can pilot and materialize giant mecha. Her younger brother is Akira Todo; he practices karate and struggles with an inferiority complex because he did not inherit the Engine power.

Haruka and Akira lived a peaceful life together with their mother in Northern Okinawa. Haruka inherited a special power called Engine from her late father, who was an alien exile from a destroyed world.

When mysterious, skeleton-like biomechanical enemies target Earth, Haruka must use her Engine power to materialize giant mecha and defend the planet. Meanwhile, Akira feels helpless as he watches from the sidelines.

The anime series will be streamed on Crunchyroll as part of the fall 2026 anime season, available worldwide, excluding Japan, China, and Korea, and also on Aniplus Asia in selected Asian countries every Saturday.
