NTT Solmare's Comic Cmoa announced that the publisher will announce the resumption of service on an exact date, after ensuring further safety measures. The company conducted emergency maintenance on Thursday due to unauthorized external access.
On Thursday, October 15th. The service will hold emergency maintenance and the reason is that there was a high likelihood of unauthorized external access to its servers. The service is currently conducting a detailed review of the logs to confirm whether they contain any member information. The service will contact affected members with leaked information as soon as confirmation is made.
The service also assured that members' credit card information is not stored in the affected system and has not been leaked. Additionally, no purchase history or data in members' My Bookshelf section were confirmed to have been leaked or damaged, as of today.
