The official website of Mizuki Hoshino's "Unavoidable, I Love You" announced that the live-action film is in the works and revealed the details, including the cast and staff, which will screen in Japanese theaters on Friday, March 5th, 2027.

The cast for the live-action film includes Juri Kosaka as Sena Kodama, a quiet, peace-seeking high school freshman who has had a crush on Saku Wataya since middle school. Though she tried to lock away her feelings to avoid heartbreak, she ends up agreeing to a secret trial relationship with him.

The manga series was published in Shueisha's Margaret magazine in August 2023 and released in 9 manga volumes.
